Excellent conditions - the room - i had a single one, was extremely cosy, convenien bad, all possible equipmen, very nice to stay. Very nice location also for touristing purposes, the Van Gogh museum is just 10 min walking, after that you can take a tram (the station is nearby) and easily access the centre; breakfasts were good; the staff - friendly and helpful. excellent place assuming the reasonable pricing!

Clean, reasonable rate and quad room were the best things about the hotel. The location was good and quiet. If you're into designer shopping it's perfect. Breakfast good.
Had to pay for internet in the rooms, "business center" was one computer in the stairwell. Front desk didn't speak Dutch!

Though the room was very small, it had a very large window looking out onto a large garden.
On the map, the hotel seemed closer to the sites we wanted to see. It was a very long walk with few close restaurants.

For the price, the room was tiny but reasonably comfortable. kind of like a ship's cabin.

The facilities of the hotel do not correspond to the price I have paid. Moreover, the customer service was not very good.

The female receptionist was wonderful. There was no problem about us leaving luggage there so we could explore the museums until check in time, nor leaving them in a locked room until we were ready to leave in the evening. Our room was cleaned every day and had good views of Vondelpark. The superior room was a good size with a double bed in it. (Some hotels we saw on another site had budget rooms that were in the basement and close to tram lines so would be noisy early in the morning. They were not described as such on this site- should be.) In this hotel there were no basement rooms and no tram going past. We woke up to birdsong and tranquility. It was wonderful. I recommend it if you like the Leidesplein and Museumplain areas of Amsterdam.
One of the towels had holes in but was very clean like everything else there. A minor niggle was only 2 sachets of coffee each day. It would've been better if we could've had a cup of coffee when we settled into our room and another cup in the morning before breakfast.
